Spaw Etiquette

  • Vaccination Record- Proof of Current Rabies Vaccination

  • Preparation- Please allow your Furbaby the opportunity to potty before their appointment.

  • Meet your Spaw Specialist- To provide the best experience possible you will be asked questions concerning your furbaby's health & wellbeing at each visit.

  • Initial Appointment- When making your first appointment you may be asked to provide a credit card number to reserve the appointment.  This credit card is only used to hold your appointment  and will not be charged unless you do not show up for the appointment or cancel within 24 hours.

       For established clients, we reserve the right to require a deposit after multiple no-shows  or late cancellations.

  • Pick-up- Please be on time to pick up your Furbaby. Because our Spaw is designed to foster one-on-one spaw sessions we do not have the capacity to care for your Furbaby for an expanded time period following the completion of their appointment.

  • Late to an Appointment- If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule your pet's appointment.

  • Appointment Cancellation-If you need to cancel your appointment please call the salon at least 24 hours in advance.  You are welcome to leave a message on our voicemail if it is after hours.

  • Standing Appointments- Patrons with regular standing appointments will enjoy added perks.

  • No Show Appointments- If you do not call to cancel or do not show up for an appointment, you may be charged the full cost of the appointment.

  • Your Furbaby's Health & Wellbeing- As a courtesy our Spaw Specialists will inform you of any issues we notice with your pet.  Occasionally, our staff may notice lumps, bumps or irritations on your Furbaby that you may not be aware of.

  • Payment Options- That's FETCH! accepts payment by cash, debit and credit cards. All services to be paid in full at time of service.
